Construction Debris Removal in Doraville

When the remodel is finished but the pile in the driveway is not, we come look first. We tell you what is there, what it will take to clear and what it costs, then load it by hand and leave the ground clean.

For the mess a project leaves behind

Construction debris is the material a renovation produces and nobody wants to keep: torn-out drywall, offcut lumber, broken tile, old cabinets, carpet and pad, roofing shingles. It is heavier and sharper than household junk, and it tends to sit in a side yard longer than anyone planned.

This service fits when you did the work yourself, when your contractor's price did not include haul-off, or when a small job left more scrap than the trash can will take. We look at the pile before we quote it, because weight and material matter more here than size. A short stack of tile can outweigh a truckload of trim. If you also have old furniture or appliances to clear, we can quote everything in one visit.

What you get

  1. 01

    An inspection before pricing

We go over the pile with you, noting the materials, the rough amount and anything we cannot haul. Our findings come first, the price after.

  2. 02

    Loading by hand

The crew does all the carrying, including from inside the house, the garage or the back yard. Nothing has to be dragged to the curb by you.

  3. 03

    Dense materials

Tile, mortar, shingles, plaster and small amounts of broken concrete are loaded with their weight in mind, keeping the truck road-safe and the price correct.

  4. 04

Setting aside what can be reused

Clean scrap metal and good lumber go to recycling or donation when a facility takes them. Everything else is disposed of properly.

  5. 05

    Magnet sweep and cleanup

With the pile gone, we rake and sweep, then pass a magnet over the driveway and lawn. Stray nails and screws are what people otherwise find later with a tire or a bare foot.

Signs it is time to call

  • The pile has outlasted the project

The new kitchen is in, but the old cabinets and drywall are still under a tarp by the garage.

  • Your trash service will not take it

Most curbside pickup refuses shingles, tile and bulk lumber. Bags left at the curb often come back.

  • Nails are turning up in the yard

Scattered fasteners mean the debris is spreading. That is a hazard for kids, pets and tires.

  • Rain is soaking the drywall

Wet gypsum gets heavy, breaks apart and can stain the ground under it. During a wet Georgia spring, a pile left outside gets harder to move every week.

How the day goes

  1. 1

    Your call and estimate

Tell us what the project was and where the debris sits. We set a time to see it, and the on-site estimate is free with no obligation.

  2. 2

    Inspection and a plain quote

We look over the material, point out anything that needs separate handling, such as leftover paint or possible asbestos in old flooring, and give you upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

  3. 3

    Protected loading

We lay down boards or tarps where the path crosses grass or finished floors, then load by hand. Fresh paint and new trim get the same care we would want in our own house.

  4. 4

    Haul-off and final sweep

The truck leaves full, and the area is swept and checked with a magnet. We walk it with you before we go.

How we price debris

Debris is priced on what we see in person, never on a phone estimate. What counts most is how much truck space it takes and how much it weighs. You get every detail before loading, and the price holds once we start unless you add to the pile.

Size of the pile
Every quote begins with how much of the truck the debris will take up.
Material and weight
Tile, concrete, plaster and shingles are much heavier than lumber or carpet, and dump sites bill by weight. A dense pile costs more than a light pile of the same size.
Where it sits
A pile on the driveway loads fast. Debris in a basement, an upstairs bathroom or behind a fence takes more time and people.
Items needing separate disposal
Things like treated wood or paint cans may need an extra step. We call them out during the inspection so there are no surprises.

Questions about debris removal

Will you haul drywall, tile and old cabinets in one trip?

Yes. A typical remodel pile fits one load, and we sort it as we load. Mixed debris is expected, so you do not have to separate anything.

Do you handle asbestos or other hazardous material?

No. If flooring, siding or insulation looks like it could contain asbestos, we tell you on the inspection and do not touch it. Wet paint, solvents and chemicals need their own disposal too, and we will tell you where to start.

Is your crew covered for heavy, sharp debris?

Yes, we are licensed and insured. That counts with construction debris, since the loads are heavy and the edges sharp, and because the crew is working next to your new finishes.

How fast can you come?

Same-day and next-day service is available, depending on how booked we are when you call. Either way, you get a clear arrival window.

How long have you been in business?

Since 2021, working in Doraville and nearby towns like Chamblee, Tucker and Norcross. Over that time customers have left over 1,200 Google reviews.
