What We Clear Out

Most calls are general junk removal: the mix of boxes, broken furniture and odds and ends that collects over the years. We also handle furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts, plus construction debris left after a remodel. For shops and offices there is commercial junk removal. Each job starts the same way, with a walkthrough and an honest read on the work.

A Small Crew That Takes Its Time on the Walkthrough

We are a local junk removal company working in Doraville and the towns around it. Much of what we haul comes from long-lived family homes: brick ranches with full basements, split-levels with crowded garages and newer townhomes where a single move leaves a room of extras. The job is never quite the same twice, which is why we look first.

Our approach is unhurried. We explain what we see, we give you a price you can hold us to and we treat your home like a place someone lives. If something does not need hauling, we will tell you. Many of our customers call again for the next room.

Why Neighbors Keep Calling Us

Hauling junk seems easy until a dresser jams on the stairs or a basement holds double what was described on the phone. That is why we see a job before we put a price on it.

  1. 01

    Eyes on it before advice

During the walkthrough we check closets, the attic hatch and the route to the driveway. Then we tell you simply what we saw, the easy parts and the hard ones alike.

  2. 02

    Upfront pricing, no hidden fees

Your price comes from what we saw in person. Add things on the day and we give you the new total before those items go on the truck.

  3. 03

    Respect for your house

Door frames and railings get padding where heavy pieces pass, finished rooms get floor runners, and we lift instead of drag. Wood floors, new paint and carpet are left as we found them.

  4. 04

    Left clean

After the final load we sweep the garage or vacuum the room, so the space is ready to use, not just less full.

  5. 05

Straight talk on what to keep

Some things are better sold, and some furniture only needs a fix. We tell you that, even if it means hauling less.

What Happens on a Job

Nearly every job moves through these four stages, with same-day and next-day visits when our calendar has room.

  1. 1

    A quick call

Let us know what is leaving and where in the house it is. We pick a time to come see it.

  2. 2

We walk it and report back

Together we go through the space, we flag anything bulky, tricky or subject to disposal rules, and you tell us what stays. You leave with a clear plan and an upfront price.

  3. 3

    Loading with care

Floors and door frames get covered, then we carry each item out to the truck. Decide to keep something midway? We put it aside.

  4. 4

    Cleanup and sorting

The spot we worked in gets cleaned. Afterward we split the load so donations, recycling and landfill items each reach the right place.

How the Price Is Built

The price follows the work involved, and we walk you through each piece of the estimate. Two piles that look the same in a picture can be very different jobs once we see the stairs, the weight and what is buried underneath.

Each price comes out of a free on-site estimate with no obligation, itemized so you can see what moves it. Once you hear it, the choice is yours, with no pressure.

Truck space used
How much of the truck the load takes up matters most. A handful of big items and a room stacked to the ceiling land far apart on price.
What it is made of
Tile, drywall, concrete and other building debris are much heavier than they appear, and landfills bill by weight. Ordinary household items tend to be lighter for their size.
Getting it out
A garage next to the driveway goes fast. A basement with a tight turn, a third-floor room or a long carry to the street takes more labor, and we say so before we start.
Items with their own rules
Fridges and freezers, mattresses, tires and electronics often need separate disposal or recycling. We point these out on the walkthrough so they are in the price from the beginning.
Pulling out donations and recycling
Setting aside usable furniture or scrap metal adds a bit of time on site. When it is worth it we do it, and it can keep some of the load out of the landfill.

Questions People Ask Us

Something not covered here? (404) 491-8109

What will you haul away?

Most of what a home gathers over time: furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes, yard clutter, old electronics and leftover project materials. If you have something out of the ordinary, bring it up on the call or point it out on the walkthrough and you will get a clear yes or no.

How is my price worked out?

We visit, look over the items and the route out of the house, and set the price by volume, weight and labor. The estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, so you pay the agreed amount unless you add more items.

Does someone need to be home while you work?

Please be there for the walkthrough so we both agree on what leaves and what stays. For the hauling, plenty of customers just leave a garage or side door open and look over the space later. We sort that out with you before we begin.

Is there anything you will not take?

Fuel, solvents, wet paint and some chemicals fall under special disposal rules. Tell us about them when you call and we will say straight out which we can haul and which need to go another way.

How quickly can you get here?

We offer same-day and next-day service when the week allows. Let us know your timing on the call and we will offer the soonest slot we can actually keep.

Where do the hauled items go?

Each load gets sorted. Usable furniture and goods go to donation where possible, metal and appliances go to recycling, and what is left goes to an approved disposal site. Anything still useful should not end up buried.

Could my floors or walls get damaged?

We take steps so they do not. Big or tall pieces get corner padding, tight door frames get covered and finished floors get runners. If a piece really will not clear a doorway, we say so instead of forcing it.
